  I have a really good friend living in Bethel towers thatI wanted to communicate with so I looked up Bethel towers on the web called the number that was listed- and there starts my strange experience
  
  I called thinking I would receive a friendly voice whereupon I could ask for a room number or at least leave a voicemail for that friend instead I got a initial greeting of someone's company Calling back a second time I asked if I was talking to the towers when they said yes I was promptly placed on hold then told that the number I had found on the Internet was an after hours emergency number (it's areay code is 949) so I asked what number I should call instead the replay there is No other number to call.
  
  Come on Bethel towers you have to do better than that. It's not a prison people's family and friends need to communicate with them Even a automated phone tree would help.
